The new moon is a natural pause point.
A moment to step out of the noise, turn inward, and ask:
what do I actually want right now?
This experience is designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and create space for clarity, intention, and something new to emerge.
Your ticket also includes one free month inside Room to Pause, my virtual membership.

We’ll start with a few minutes of gentle movement to help your body let go of the day (simple movement, accessible to all).
I’ll guide you through a simple meditation to help you relax, turn inward, and connect with what you’re ready to call in.
You’ll lie back and be immersed in soothing sound, allowing your mind to quiet and your body to settle into a deeply restful state.
We’ll close with a few quiet moments to rest, reflect, and gently come back, so you can carry the experience with you.
Sound baths use vibration and tone to quiet the mind, soften the body, and support your nervous system in dropping deeper into rest.
This is where things start to open; where ideas feel clearer, your body feels lighter, and what you’re calling in begins to feel more possible.
You don’t need to know how to meditate.
You don’t need to “do” anything.
Just come, lie down, and let yourself be supported for a while.
People often leave sound baths feeling deeply relaxed, as the soothing tones and quiet space allow the body to shift out of stress mode and into a more restful state.
It’s common for the mind to feel quieter and clearer afterward, like the mental clutter has softened and there’s more space to think and breathe.
Some people notice a sense of emotional lightness, as the experience can create room to release tension or feelings that have been building up.
Others describe feeling more grounded and present in their body, with a deeper sense of calm and connection to the moment.
Everyone’s experience is a little different.
For some, this feels deeply relaxing. For others, emotions may gently rise to the surface, which can look like anything from a subtle shift to unexpected tears.
This is a natural part of slowing down and giving your body space to process.
There’s nothing you need to force, fix, or figure out.
This is a space where whatever comes up is welcome, and you’re supported in simply being with your experience.
