The Experience

Light Somatic release

We’ll start with a few minutes of gentle movement to help your body let go of the day (simple movement, accessible to all).

Guided Meditation

I’ll guide you through a simple meditation to help you relax, turn inward, and connect with what you’re ready to call in.

Immersive Sound Bath

You’ll lie back and be immersed in soothing sound, allowing your mind to quiet and your body to settle into a deeply restful state.

Integration Time

We’ll close with a few quiet moments to rest, reflect, and gently come back, so you can carry the experience with you. 

Sound baths use vibration and tone to quiet the mind, soften the body, and support your nervous system in dropping deeper into rest. 


This is where things start to open; where ideas feel clearer, your body feels lighter, and what you’re calling in begins to feel more possible.


You don’t need to know how to meditate.
You don’t need to “do” anything.


Just come, lie down, and let yourself be supported for a while.
