Imagine this: a warm summer evening, soft lighting, a cozy nest of blankets and pillows, and the gentle sounds of crystal singing bowls washing over you. As layer after layer of sound fills the room, your nervous system begins to unwind, your thoughts grow quieter, and you settle into a deeply restorative state of relaxation.

A simple, science-backed breathing technique that helps calm the nervous system, release tension, and signal safety to the body before we settle into the sound bath.
Youโll lie back and be immersed in soothing sound, allowing your mind to quiet and your body to settle into a deeply restful state.
Gentle, intentional energy work offered during the sound bath to support emotional release, relaxation, and nervous system regulation.
Summer has a way of filling every available moment. Vacations, plans, projects, events, and endless to-do lists can leave us moving from one thing to the next without ever truly slowing down.
This mid-summer sound healing experience is an invitation to pause.
To step away from everything for a little while. To rest your mind, relax your body, and create space for clarity, inspiration, and possibility to emerge.
Through crystal singing bowls, chimes, gentle meditation, and hands-on Reiki, you'll be guided into a deeply restorative state where you can simply receive.
No experience necessary. Just bring yourself and a willingness to slow down.
Between where you've been and what's next, there is value in simply pausing. Allow yourself an evening of deep relaxation, reflection, and restoration.

With decades of experience as a musician and a passion for wellbeing and spiritual exploration, Christine brings both technical skill and intuitive presence to every sound bath. Blending sound healing, meditation, and breathwork, she creates calming, immersive experiences that help people slow down and reconnect.

Jonathan blends a deep fascination with science, consciousness, personal growth, and manifestation with a naturally intuitive approach to Reiki and energy work. Known for his gentle presence, compassion, calming energy, and grounded wisdom, he creates a space where people feel deeply supported, safe, and cared for.
Sound baths use vibration and tone to help quiet the mind, soften the body, and guide you into deeper rest.
Throughout the session, you will be offered optional hands-on Reiki. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice where the practitioner channels universal life force energy into the recipient. I like to think of it as channeling universal love.
Using intuitive touch, the practitioner may place his or her hands on areas like the head, shoulders, or feet (only shoulders and above, or knees and below), always with care, respect, and your comfort in mind.
Together, sound healing and Reiki create a deeply restorative experience that can help you feel lighter, clearer, calmer, and more open to receiving.
There's nothing for you to do, but lie down, and allow yourself to be supported for a while.
You do not need experience with Reiki, meditation, or spiritual practices. Whether this is your first sound bath or your fiftieth, you are welcome here.
If youโve been feeling:
๐ overstimulated
๐ overwhelmed
๐ emotionally heavy
๐ mentally exhausted
๐ disconnected from yourself
๐ like you just need someone else to hold the energy for a minute
...a sound bath gives you permission to lie down, get cozy, and let someone else hold the space while you simply rest.
Kathy S., Sound Bath Participant
People often leave sound baths feeling deeply relaxed, as the soothing tones and quiet space allow the body to shift out of stress mode and into a more restful state.
Itโs common for the mind to feel quieter and clearer afterward, like the mental clutter has softened and thereโs more space to think and breathe.
Some people notice a sense of emotional lightness, as the experience can create room to release tension or feelings that have been building up.
Others describe feeling more grounded and present in their body, with a deeper sense of calm and connection to the moment.
Everyoneโs experience is a little different.
For some, this feels deeply relaxing. For others, emotions may gently rise to the surface, which can look like anything from a subtle shift to unexpected tears.
This is a natural part of slowing down and giving your body space to process.
Thereโs nothing you need to force, fix, or figure out.
This is a space where whatever comes up is welcome, and youโre supported in simply being with your experience.
