My Vision
I’m Christine, and I create spaces where you can slow down, experience real rest, and align with the truest version of you.
For too long, stress has been treated as normal, and feeling calm has felt out of reach.
Through immersive experiences like sound baths and energy work, I help your body actually let go of what it’s been holding, even if just for a moment.
And from there, everything starts to shift.
I know, because one Reiki session completely changed the course of my life. And it's my mission to use the tools I've learned since to change others' lives as well.
