Monthly Wellness Retreat Series for Nervous System Support, Soulful Self-Care, and Inner Radiance


Rooted & Radiant is a monthly mini-retreat series designed to help you pause, ground, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. Each gathering centers around a unique theme, from self-love and resilience to rest and receiving, offering space for reflection, healing, and gentle transformation.


Through a nourishing blend of ritual, nervous system education, guided meditation, sound healing, and community connection, you’ll return to your life feeling more present, more resourced, and more like you.

Whether you come every month or drop in when you’re called, this is a space to soften, settle, and rise rooted and radiant in your own rhythm. 

Rooted & Radiant | August Theme: The Art of Receiving

A half-day retreat to help you soften, open, and receive the support, abundance, and ease that’s been waiting for you. 


What if the only thing standing between you and the life you desire... is your ability to receive it? We live in a world that rewards the doing: the giving, the striving, the producing. But receiving? That often feels uncomfortable, indulgent, even unsafe.


And yet…

What To Expect

In this half-day experience, we’ll explore what it means to truly receive; not just gifts or compliments, but support, ease, love, and enoughness.


You’ll be guided through:

  • Grounding Welcome Ritual: Tea, oracle card selection, & intention-setting 
  • Opening Meditation & Community Circle: Anchor into presence, share intentions, feel seen 
  • The Nervous System + Receiving: A soulful mini-workshop exploring why it’s so hard to let it in (and how to change that) 
  • Sound Healing Session: Soften and surrender into deep receptivity 
  • Guided Journaling & Sharing:  Reflect, process, and integrate. Then, only if you feel called, share in circle and be witnessed with care and compassion.
     

You’ll leave feeling lighter, softer, and more supported, with new friendships and practices you can carry into your daily life.
