Each class is an invitation to move, breathe, and grow with intention. Come just as you are—no experience necessary!
Join us for a guided exploration of meditation, where each week we dive into a different style of practice. From breathwork and visualization to mantra and mindfulness, we’ll discuss the principles behind each technique and then experience it firsthand. Whether you're new to meditation or deepening your practice, this class offers a space to relax, connect, and discover what resonates with you.
Mondays: 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM AND 7:00 PM - 7:30 PM
Tuesdays: 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM

Soulful Strength is a full-body, full-being reset designed to help you clear mental clutter, reconnect to your inner power, and move with intention. Through a unique blend of breathwork, guided reflection, uplifting movement, and soulful music, this class supports both physical strength and emotional resilience. It’s perfect for anyone feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or in need of a fresh perspective. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and reconnected to your sense of self.

No machines. No fluff. Just you, your breath, and a pair of dumbbells. This class is all about building functional strength, increasing muscle tone, and boosting confidence using simple equipment and smart programming.
Thursdays: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM
Get ready to punch, kick, and party your way fit in this high-energy, music-driven cardio kickboxing class! This class blends fierce martial arts-inspired moves with fun dance grooves, core-sculpting combos, and serious attitude. No experience needed—just bring your energy, your sweat towel, and your best "let’s go!" mindset. All fitness levels welcome. Modifications always provided.

Meditation classes are 30 minutes, with actual meditation time roughly 10 minutes.
Fitness classes are about 45-60 minutes.
Absolutely not. You come to class to build strength, energy, and wellness — not because you already have it all figured out. Come as you are; progress is personal.
